Gang Life
Organized crime, turf wars, faction hierarchy, and criminal enterprise in Vice City. This is the path for players who want to build power from the streets up.
Gang Life in Vice City
Gang Life is one of the most dynamic and story-driven career paths in VCRP. As a gang member you are part of an organized criminal faction with its own territory, hierarchy, and operations.
Gang roleplay in Vice City is built around organic storytelling. Turf wars, drug operations, internal power struggles, and rivalries with law enforcement all happen naturally through player interaction.
- Faction-exclusive scripts and items
- Territory control system
- Organized hierarchy with promotable ranks
- Illegal economy — drug trade, arms dealing, heists
- Rivalries with police and other gangs
- Gang-specific safe houses and stash locations
How to Join a Gang
Gang membership is earned through in-character roleplay — not by applying in Discord. Approach a gang's territory, make contact, and prove yourself.
- Find the gang through in-game roleplay — do not use OOC channels to recruit
- Complete a prospect period as directed by gang leadership
- Follow the gang's internal rules and hierarchy
- Violating the gang's code can result in IC consequences
Gang Rank Structure
Each gang may have different naming conventions but the general hierarchy below applies across all factions. Edit these to match your specific gang.
- Boss — Gang leader. Full authority over all operations and membership
- Underboss — Second in command. Manages operations in Boss's absence
- Capo / Lieutenant — Mid-level leadership. Runs crews and operations
- Soldier — Full member. Trusted and actively contributing to the gang
- Associate / Prospect — New or unproven member. On probation
Gang Roleplay Rules
All gang roleplay must follow the Gang Rulebook in addition to the General Rules. Key points are summarized below — read the full rulebook before engaging in criminal activity.

- You may not camp the same location for more than 30 minutes
- No punching down on new players — read the room
